I’ve taken an hundreds of thousands of photos over the years – some for professional purposes, some as obligatory family responsibilities (e.g. weddings, birthdays, etc.) and some (many, many, many) for my own pleasure.
This last category is a group that I consider fun photos. I’ve put a large number of them into my snapshot gallery and I’m happy to share them with you.
Welcome to my collection of “snapshots”.
These are photographs that I consider fun – photos that take me back years. They let me savor the feel and emotion of the past.
I’ve arranged the photos into various categories – some by years and some by topics of interest.
Please enjoy. .
High Key Snapshots
Typically, a photo that is very bright and has almost no shadows is considered to be high key.
Some of these images were processed in the darkroom using high contrast film (they're from the 1970s) and others were adjusted digitally to make them brighter and to remove the shadows.
I'm happy with the results.
